Driven by curiosity,
committed to impact.

My whole life, I've been a curious person. However, over time, I’ve found people spark my curiosity the most.

I pay attention to people. I notice the details: the cadence of their language, from the way they move to their facial expressions.

I discover by observing. By asking questions.

And, most importantly, I lean in. I empathize and seek to understand. I approach people with a calm presence and a welcoming environment.

I analyze service and systems experiences from a holistic perspective—looking at the big picture before diving into the details.

All of these qualities and characteristics contribute to my success as a human-centered user experience and service designer.

Before I’m a designer,
I’m a thinker.
